It has grieved myself, as well as my entire practice, to hear of Dr. Stephen Stein’s practice putting patients at risk for infection. Outside of the initial shock of the information that was revealed, the staff at Barotz Dental was outraged!
“What kind of sleazeball would do something like this?”
“Not only that, where were the assistants?”
“There’s no way his staff was unaware of this shady practice.”
Every company, every medical office, every dental practice has a mission, and a goal. At Barotz Dental, our mission is to enhance the lives of the people we touch by providing the most up-to-date, high quality dental care in a comfortable and personalized manner. “High quality dental care” means that we will only employ treatment of the highest caliber.
And that isn’t just lip service. We value the health of our patients so much that we have a sanitation area on site. If it cannot be sterilized, it gets thrown away. Period. Our practice will not compromise the health of our patients’. Ever.
Under no circumstances should a patient ever have to wonder if their medical or dental office is following the standards set by the CDC. In this office, Dr. Barotz believes that the quality of care is set by the Doctor who is practicing it. And if that wasn’t enough, the assistants wouldn’t ever accept a directive from anyone calling for lower a standard of care.
At Barotz Dental, you’re protected by more than just a mission statement. You’re protected by the conviction of a Doctor whose professionalism is at the core of his work. You’re protected by astute dental assistants, who have passion and dedication to patient health. You’re protected by the front office staff, who monitor and regulate patient feedback and handle every concern that is presented to us.
At Barotz Dental, we will protect our patients’ right to good health by upholding the proper standard of care that is not only expected, but demanded by the medical community. If you have any questions about how our safety protocols, please call us and we’d be happy to talk with you.
